FernandezGeneral Manager, I will start with the positives.the beach is absolutely stunningmost of the employees at this resort are wonderfuland i met many good people from all over the globenow for the negatives.as a solo traveller somehow i rec'd a free family level upgradewhich to me made little sense since i was travelling solothen i realized to get the adult level it was twice the pricei never ate in the buffet as it was way too busy and smelled badate at both family level restaurantsbreakfast was slow but goodlevel snackbar had little finger foodstiny bun sandwiches that were stalemost of the staff looked bored and stood for long periods of time which was a little uncomfortableoverall my biggest disappointment was its 3 tier system.even with my upgrade i could hardly ever get wineand the alcoholic drinks were awful since ingredients were always disappearingeven the Rum didn't taste the samethe adult level pool was always empty and as a solo traveller you would think at least i could get access to it???
